To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Outline for Building a Powerful Intellectual Property Nation (2021-2035) and the Opinions on Improving the Basic Systems for Data to Better Play the Role of Data Elements issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, safeguard the development of the digital economy with intellectual property protection, strengthen, expand and upscale the digital economy, and enhance new drivers for economic development, the Honghe Area of China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone has actively explored and piloted initiatives, accelerated the advancement of data intellectual property protection work in the process of implementing the "Intellectual Property Protection System Construction Project", and taken the lead in securing the Data Intellectual Property Registration Certificates for two databases, namely the "China-ASEAN Hekou Cross-border E-Commerce Foreign Trade B2B Export Comprehensive Database" and the "China-ASEAN Hekou Cross-border E-Commerce Foreign Trade B2C Export Comprehensive Database".

This database system integrates the full-process data of China-ASEAN Hekou cross-border e-commerce foreign trade B2B and B2C exports, covering key content such as commodity categories, transaction volumes, and customer information, and boasts significant commercial and research value. The relevant data can provide support for market entities to conduct market analysis and precision marketing, as well as offer decision-making references for government departments to formulate industrial policies and optimize regulatory services.
