Announcement on Soliciting Partners for the 9th China International Import Expo
The solicitation of Partners for the 9th China International Import Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Partners") has officially kicked off. Enterprises, institutions and organizations with cooperation intentions may participate in this solicitation campaign and submit letters of intent and other required materials specified in this Announcement to the Bureau of China International Import Expo and National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the CIIE Bureau and NECC).Detailed provisions are set forth as follows:
I. Solicitation Scope
(I) Solicitation Targets
Enterprises, institutions and organizations inside and outside the People’s Republic of China that intend to become Partners of the 9th China International Import Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Applicants").
(II) Solicited Industry Categories
Finance, insurance, logistics & transportation, aviation, beverages, food & catering services, official reception vehicles, gifts, furniture & home goods, apparel & consumer goods, office supplies, express delivery, new media, e-commerce platforms and other sectors.
(III) Cooperation Tiers
Premium Partner, Select Partner, Preferred Partner, Special Partner, Designated Industry Partner Brand, and other types of cooperating enterprises.
(IV) Benefits & Entitlements
A full range of exclusive entitlements authorized by the CIIE Bureau and NECC will be granted in accordance with cooperation terms.
Cooperation Term The cooperation term for Premium Partners shall be negotiated and agreed by both parties based on enterprise scale and industry attributes. For Select Partners, Preferred Partners, Special Partners and Designated Industry Partner Brands, the cooperation term shall in principle run from the effective date of the contract or agreement until July 31, 2027.
Corresponding tier titles will be awarded based on overall support capacity and qualification assessment: ① Premium Partner of the 9th China International Import Expo ② Select Partner of the 9th China International Import Expo ③ Preferred Partner of the 9th China International Import Expo ④ Special Partner of the 9th China International Import Expo ⑤ Designated Industry Partner Brand / Service Provider of the 9th China International Import Expo
(V) Joint bidding consortia shall not be accepted for this solicitation.
II. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants shall provide financial support or cash equivalents (including products, services and technologies) to the 9th China International Import Expo.
Applicants shall be legal persons incorporated inside or outside the People’s Republic of China, holding valid business licenses and relevant permits.
Applicants shall maintain a sound brand image, business reputation and operating performance.
Applicants shall possess robust operational strength and technical capabilities.
Applicants shall have no records of illegal or irregular conduct in the past three years (verifiable via Credit China website www.creditchina.gov.cn, National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System http://www.gsxt.gov.cn and China Enforcement Information Publicity Network http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/).
Applicants warrant and guarantee that whether or not they ultimately participate in this solicitation, they shall not disclose any confidential information deemed by the CIIE Bureau and NECC to materially affect the solicitation process. At no time or place shall they conduct commercial promotion by responding to this Announcement or participating in the solicitation, nor imply any association with the cooperation plan for the 9th China International Import Expo.
III. Solicitation Procedures
Following the release of this Announcement by the CIIE Bureau and NECC, interested enterprises and institutions may consult the CIIE Partner Working Group regarding cooperation matters.
Applicants shall submit the Letter of Intent for Partners of the 9th China International Import Expo (hereinafter referred to as the Letter of Intent) to the CIIE Bureau and NECC. (1) Access to Letter of Intent template: The standard template can be downloaded from the official CIIE website (www.ciie.org) or obtained by emailing wuyangfan@sinoexpo.cc. (2) Submission of Letter of Intent: Eligible enterprises shall send the electronic version to wuyangfan@sinoexpo.cc no later than 17:00, August 31, 2026.
The CIIE Bureau and NECC will conduct the review process based on submitted Letters of Intent, assessing applicants by support capacity and qualifications.
